Rojas' first partnership was formed with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2016, and has since produced broadcasts for several NFL, MLS, and collegiate sports teams.

In addition, Rojas served as president and CEO for Central Exchange, a Kansas City organisation focused on advancing women, and held roles as the vice president of community engagement for Truman Medical Centers (now University Health) in Kansas City.
Rojas has received various awards for her business and community achievements. In 2024, she was honoured with the Missouri Lt. Governor's Women of Achievement Award, and in 2018, she received the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City's Nuestra Latina Lifetime Achievement Award. She was also named to the Kansas City Business Journal's list of Women Who Mean Business in 2022, and received the Kansas City Chiefs recipient of the NFL Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award in 2011.
As the Managing Director of TLC, Rojas plays a key role in shaping legislative initiatives and corporate partnerships aimed at expanding support for Hispanic entrepreneurs and businesses nationwide. One of her significant contributions is her involvement with TLC’s efforts to empower Hispanic voters, exemplified by partnerships such as the “Vota Conmigo” campaign alongside TelevisaUnivision.
