Collaboration between Our Group and ACEA: Transforming Automotive Skills Together

In a bid to address the challenges and skill demands in the European automotive industry, particularly in light of its green and digital transformation, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA) has partnered with the world's leading talent and technology expertise company, the our group.

The partnership, announced earlier this year, aims to build a robust and adaptive automotive workforce. It comes in response to drastic demographic and technological shifts within the European automotive sector.

The our group, a leading talent and technology expertise company, will play a crucial role in this initiative. More information about the our group can be found on their website (www.our website) or on their Twitter handle (@our website).

The partnership is in support of the EU's Automotive Action Plan and Union of Skills, launched earlier in March. The initiative will also collaborate with the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA), which initiated a European automotive skilled labor business model in May 2025.

A key component of this initiative is the development of a comprehensive Automotive Skills Implementation Blueprint. This Blueprint will outline actionable pathways for workforce transformation, enabling collaboration among regional stakeholders and educational institutions.

In addition, a comprehensive EU Automotive Skills Gap Analysis is scheduled to be delivered in the second half of 2025. This study will evaluate the current and future skill needs within the industry, providing insights into talent demand and capability gaps.

Following the conclusions and recommendations of this report, dedicated high-level regional forums will be established to develop solutions for workforce reform and upgrades. These forums will collaborate to ensure a smooth transition towards a green and digital future for the European automotive industry.

The partnership is essential as around 13 million people are employed across the European automotive value chain. The success of this initiative could have a significant impact on the livelihoods of millions of people.
