We are excited to announce that we are recruiting for 15 new Bank Clerks (also known as Customer Service Associates or Bank Tellers) to join our team. In this role, you will handle front-office tasks, manage customer inquiries, and support new account openings.
Training and Development
Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role. The training period lasts for 2.5 years, starting in September, and includes on-the-job training, individual guidance by the HR team, practice conversations, seminars, and vocational school lessons.
During the first year, you will receive a training allowance of 1,268.20 euros, followed by 1,314.02 euros in the second year and 1,377.59 euros in the third year.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from a recognized university
- Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and ethical integrity
- No mandatory typing test, but basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software are important
