Exam Results and Interviews for the NiMaVi Science Written Test on October 1st

- One recent passport-size photo
- Temporary or contract appointment letter if currently employed at the concerned level
- Education-related training certificates
- Original service verification letter certified by the Education Development and Coordination Unit or local education branch head, if applicable
- Candidates must also fill out a personal details form provided by the Commission or available on its website and prepare a registration of submitted documents.
- Failure to bring these originals means disqualification from the interview.

- Attempts to influence the interview outcome through recommendations or inducements can lead to exam cancellation by the Commission.
- The interview schedule is fixed and will not be changed or postponed without prior notice.
- Candidates not meeting minimum qualifications or subject requirements may have their applications canceled at any time as per Rule 26(1) of the Teachers Service Commission Regulations, 2057.
