The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has published the results of the open competitive written examination for the post of teachers (Third Class) at the lower secondary level. The results were published as per the Commission's decision dated 2081/08/08.

For those who have passed the written exam, it's important to note that the interview process is the next step in the selection procedure. The interview details include the following:

  • Candidates must bring original documents and one self-certified copy of each arranged in a file. These documents include:
  • Nepali citizenship certificate
  • Admit card
  • Teaching license
  • Minimum academic qualification certificate for the concerned level, transcript, and character certificate (higher qualifications if any)
  • Equivalence certificate if the degree is from a foreign institution
  • One recent passport-size photo
  • Temporary or contract appointment letter if currently employed at the concerned level
  • Education-related training certificates
  • Original service verification letter certified by the Education Development and Coordination Unit or local education branch head, if applicable
  • Candidates must also fill out a personal details form provided by the Commission or available on its website and prepare a registration of submitted documents.
  • Failure to bring these originals means disqualification from the interview.

Additional important points to remember:

  • Attempts to influence the interview outcome through recommendations or inducements can lead to exam cancellation by the Commission.
  • The interview schedule is fixed and will not be changed or postponed without prior notice.
  • Candidates not meeting minimum qualifications or subject requirements may have their applications canceled at any time as per Rule 26(1) of the Teachers Service Commission Regulations, 2057.

The interview process is part of the multi-step selection procedure following the written exam, including an interview and possibly other methods, conducted fairly and confidentially by the commission.
