ExciteLab Launches in Dresden: Six-Month Accelerator for High-Tech Startups
ExciteLab, a new accelerator program, is set to launch in Dresden this October. Applications are open until August 27, 2024, offering a six-month journey for high-tech startups.
ExciteLab targets key technologies like the Internet of Things, semiconductors, robotics, sensors, and quantum computing. Its mission is to boost Dresden's appeal to global talent and investors.
The program provides one-on-one mentoring, access to startup networks, pilot projects, industry events, and a minimum of 6,000 euros in funding. It is a collaboration between Leipzig SpinLab and the Technical University of Dresden, led by Professor Thomas Schultz. Backed by Infineon, Mazars, and ZEISS, ExciteLab aims to foster regional competitiveness and innovation.
