"Exploring the Impact of Variety: Embracing Cultural Diversity"
Experience the largest action week of Fair Trade in Germany, taking place from 12th to 26th September 2025. This year's theme, "Fair trading - Experience diversity," will showcase various aspects of Fair Trade, with a focus on preserving biodiversity, sustainable production methods, and the livelihoods of all.
The event, Fair Week, is hosted by the German Academic International Network (GAIN25), which brings together more than 80 German universities, research institutions, companies, and funding agencies. These participants will gather for an annual conference and talent fair during Fair Week, providing a platform for action ideas and project information.
Interested individuals and institutions, including schools, clubs, churches, companies, and social groups, are encouraged to register their action ideas for Fair Week on the official Fair Week homepage at www.fairewoche.de. The homepage serves as a hub for action ideas, project information, and a calendar of events.
Sustainable production methods such as agroforestry will be highlighted during Fair Week, demonstrating Fair Trade's commitment to protecting valuable ecosystems. Fair Trade also contributes to the preservation of biodiversity, ensuring a diverse range of products will be featured.
The Fairtrade Town Bamberg invites everyone to participate in the events of Fair Week, with many taking place in Bamberg. For more information about the events in Bamberg, visit https://www.our website/fair-week-2025-program.
By taking part in Fair Week, you'll be contributing to the protection of biodiversity, promoting sustainable production methods, and supporting the livelihoods of all. So, mark your calendars for Fair Week 2025 and get ready to experience diversity in Fair Trade!
