New Nepali Textbook for Class 12 Aims to Enhance Learning and Preparation

The National Education Board (NEB) of Nepal has recently published a new textbook for Class 12 Nepali students. This comprehensive book, titled the 'Class 12 Nepali Book', is a significant tool for teaching and learning, published by the Curriculum Development Center, which falls under the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology of the Government of Nepal, located in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.

The textbook is based on the new curriculum (syllabus) of NEB for Class 12 Nepali and has been written by Dr. Dhan Prasad Subedi and Dr. Love Chaulagain. It has been edited by a team of experts, including Mr. Tukaraj Adhikari, Mr. Indu Khanal, Mr. Ganesh Prasad Bhattarai, Ms. Chinakumari Niraula, and Mr. Santosh Kumar Dahal.

The 'Class 12 Nepali Book' focuses on comprehensive language skills, blending poetry, prose, grammar, and practical writing such as business letters. Its objectives include enhancing students' understanding of Nepali literature, improving language proficiency, and preparing them for academic and exam success.

The textbook covers selected chapters like "आमाको सपना (Aama ko Sapana)", "विरहिणी दमयन्ती (Birhidi Damyenti)", and other literary works, along with grammar explanations and writing practices aligned with the 2082 curriculum year of NEB.
