However, a startup in the academic year 2024/25 was not feasible due to the inability of companies to release their junior leaders for two years full-time.

Now, the State Hotel Management School Cham introduces a hybrid model, offering only one-third of the educational time in-person. The rest is supplemented by digital learning opportunities and practical experiences, ensuring the targeted quality of the dual further training and remaining attractive for professionals. This innovative approach has already received sufficient registrations to start in the fall.

The hotel management school will provide business economic know-how, modern personnel management, marketing strategies, and digital competencies, making it perfect for those aspiring to take on leadership roles or pursue self-employment.
