JPSC Initiates JET 2025 for Assistant Professor Recruitment and PhD Admissions
The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has initiated the Joint Entrance Test (JET) for the recruitment of Assistant Professors and PhD admissions. The application process began on 16 September 2025 and will conclude on 06 October 2025 at 11:45 PM.
Candidates can apply through the official website, www.jpsc.gov.in, until the deadline. The application fee varies depending on the category: ₹575 for Unreserved, ₹300 for BC-I/ BC-II/ EWS, and ₹150 for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Third Gender. The last date for fee submission is 07 October 2025 till 05:00 PM.
JPSC JET 2025 will be conducted in Offline mode with two papers: Paper I comprising 50 questions and Paper II with 100 questions. The total exam duration is 3 hours with no break between the papers. A correction window will be open from 08 October to 10 October till 05:00 PM for candidates to rectify any errors in their applications.
The JPSC JET is open to candidates from various categories, with the General (Unreserved) category including those who do not belong to SC, ST, PwBD, Third Gender, BC-I, BC-II, or EWS. The exam is an opportunity for aspirants to secure positions as Assistant Professors and gain admission to PhD programs.
