Park University Announces Virtual Leadership Program: ParkULeads

Park University's Office of Professional Education and Workforce Development is set to launch a four-week virtual leadership course called ParkULeads. This program aims to equip participants with essential leadership and management skills for career growth and effective team leadership.

Key Details of ParkULeads

The program, scheduled for four Fridays—February 4, 11, 18, and March 4—from 8:30 to 10 a.m., will cover a range of topics including leadership fundamentals, communication skills, team building and motivation, conflict resolution, change management, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.

Cost and Registration

The registration fee for the ParkULeads program, including all sessions and a predictive index behavioral assessment with leadership insights, is $99. However, a discounted fee of $49 is available for Park University alumni, students, employees, and Access2Education partners.

Partnership and Curriculum

ParkULeads is offered in partnership with Amy Leslie, chief executive officer of Perspective Consulting Inc., with the aim of providing participants with critical skills, resilience, inspiration techniques, self-understanding, and understanding of others for greater impact. The Office of Professional Education and Workforce Development at Park University partners with experts within and outside the university to provide meaningful and innovative courses and programs.

By participating in ParkULeads, you'll receive practical leadership tools and frameworks, networking opportunities with peers and leaders, a certificate of completion from Park University, potential CEUs or professional development credits, and enhanced confidence and skills for career advancement.
