Lineage & Nature's Touch Boost Remote Quebec Students' Access to Nutritious Frozen Food

Lineage and Nature's Touch have joined forces to boost access to nutritious frozen food for students in remote Quebec regions. This partnership has seen over 6,000 lb. of frozen strawberries safely reach schools, maintaining optimal temperatures.

Hannah Hoskins, Executive Director of the Lineage Foundation for Good, spearheaded this initiative. She leveraged Lineage's logistics prowess to facilitate food donations and reduce waste. Lineage's cold storage and transportation solutions enabled the donation of frozen fruits and vegetables to charitable organizations and schools.

The Breakfast Club of Canada chipped in with last-mile deliveries by plane to schools in Nunavik. This collaboration has allowed Nature's Touch to expand its community impact in previously inaccessible areas.

Through this partnership, Lineage and Nature's Touch have successfully increased access to nutritious frozen food for students in remote Quebec communities. Over 6,000 lb. of frozen strawberries were safely delivered, demonstrating the positive impact of their collaboration.
