Minnesota 4-H Offers 'Thriving by Design' Virtual Training for Volunteers and Youth Leaders

Minnesota 4-H is hosting a virtual training session, 'Thriving by Design', for current and prospective volunteers and youth leaders. The session is part of the Minnesota 4-H Annual Volunteer Training and will take place on October 8 and November 10.

The 90-minute session offers flexible attendance options, allowing individuals to join solo or host a group watch party. Participants will delve into motivations for 4-H involvement, analyze club data, and learn about the 4-H Thriving Model's youth indicators. Key points from the training will also be discussed during the November and January Federation meetings. The session aims to strengthen clubs by encouraging reflection, gathering input, and setting goals for the future.

The virtual sessions will be held on October 8 (7:30-9:00 pm) and November 10 (6:30-8:00 pm). Registration and more information can be found at z.umn.edu/4HVolunteerTraining.
