Stephan Tiedemann has been appointed as the new head of Private Banking at Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude, effective immediately. Tiedemann, who is 52 years old, has a degree in Social Economics from Leuphana University Lüneburg and is currently pursuing a degree in Financial Planning with continuous certification.

Tiedemann started his career at Kreissparkasse Harburg in 1999 and has been leading several Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude branches since 2008. Most recently, he led the Buchholz-Rosengarten region for the bank.

In his new role, Tiedemann now leads a 16-member team responsible for managing the bank's wealthy clients. The team's duties include providing personalised financial advice and wealth management services to the bank's high net worth individuals.

Tiedemann takes over the position previously held by Kathrin Ullrich, who has moved to Sparkasse Köln-Bonn. No specific reason for Ullrich's departure or Tiedemann's previous position has been provided.

Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude, located in Harburg, is a well-known and respected bank in the region. The bank has been involved in various community initiatives, including a recent donation of 5,000 euros for the city's summer holiday program. However, the exact role that Tiedemann played in the Private Banking division of Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude prior to his appointment remains unspecified.

Despite the lack of detailed information about Tiedemann's previous role, his extensive experience in managing branches and leading teams at Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude makes him a strong candidate for the position. Tiedemann's expertise in customer advisory services, which he has been providing since 2000, will undoubtedly be an asset to the Private Banking division.

With Tiedemann at the helm, Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude's Private Banking division is poised for continued success in serving its wealthy clients and providing them with the financial guidance they need to achieve their goals.

Other than leading branches, Tiedemann's expertise extends into education-and-self-development, as he is currently pursuing a degree in Financial Planning. In the business of finance, Tiedemann's new responsibilities include offering education and advice to clients, not just managing wealth.
