Nine initial grades are taught at the school situated in Snezhovaya Padia, Vladivostok.

In the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year, 216 first-grade classes have been established across the Vladivostok city district. This move is part of a comprehensive plan to accommodate the influx of new students joining the educational system.

As of now, a total of 5660 applications for first-grade admission have been received, with 5046 children enrolled. The enrollment process is a meticulous one, ensuring that each child's actual place of residence is verified before admission.

The responsibility of verifying the students' residence or the legitimacy of their temporary registration documents does not fall on the education department or municipal educational institutions. Instead, it is their duty to confirm the students' actual place of residence to maintain proper planning and resource allocation for first-grade admissions.

Schools such as School No. 82, School No. 80, School No. 83, the "Stupeni" education center, and the "Vektor" education center have formed the highest number of first-grade classes. School No. 82 in Snowy Pad, in particular, has accepted the highest number of applications for first-grade classes, with nine classes formed.

The enrollment process is divided into phases. The first phase was open to families registered in the school's catchment area and those with priority status. Most schools have filled their available spots during this initial phase.

A noteworthy aspect of the enrollment process is that children cannot be denied admission to a school if their older siblings already attend it. However, there is a current shortage of 11 teachers implementing programs for primary general education in Vladivostok schools.

To cater to the transportation needs of the students, school bus transportation is organized for several schools, including MBOU School No. 82, School No. 70, School No. 37, School No. 5, School No. 72, School No. 53, and Lyceum No. 3, as well as the "Vektor" education center.

In some schools, "elementary" teachers are working in two shifts due to the shortage of teachers. Despite this challenge, the enrollment of more than 5000 first-graders in Vladivostok schools has been successful.

Interestingly, more than 10% of the enrolled first-graders have been enrolled based on temporary registration. If irregular registration is discovered, the child will continue attending the enrolled school until the 11th grade.

Applications for first-grade classes began on April 1 and will continue until September 5. For detailed procedural documents or laws specific to Vladivostok's enrollment rules, consulting the Vladivostok city education department or official regional government websites would be necessary for the latest policies.

To ensure proper resource allocation for education-and-self-development, schools and education centers in Vladivostok verify the students' actual place of residence before admission. Despite the shortage of 11 teachers for primary general education, over 5000 first-graders have been successfully enrolled, with more than 10% enrolled based on temporary registration.
