Over 200 International Students to Get Legal Aid in Russia Integration Project
Over 200 international students and potential applicants for the 2026-2027 academic year are set to participate in legal consultations and seminars, thanks to a project led by the Krasnodar Territory Development Fund. The initiative, 'Consultation Center for Consultations on Working with Foreign Students. Continuation', is aimed at fostering international students' integration into Russia's social and legal environment.
The project, coordinated by Director General Lyubov Nikolaevna Dvoretskaya, seeks to create valuable specialists in Kuban and enhance the international image of Kuban universities. Students will engage in cultural and sports events, meet potential employers, and learn about the region, fostering cultural diversity.
The project, a collaboration between the Fund, KubGUTU, and KGFKST, won a governor's grant competition. It will assess future applicants' wishes to tailor individual adaptation. Representatives from government bodies, law enforcement, lawyers, and industry experts will help students understand Russian law and reduce offenses. General Director Ilya Shikalov believes the project helps foreigners avoid legal mistakes and opens doors to society, culture, and Kuban's future.
