Starting summer 2025, these camps—stationary, camping, day, labor, and leisure—will provide a well-deserved break for around 46,000 children, with over 19,000 of them being underprivileged.
The region will host a total of 424 camps, spread across Tomsk and Kemerovo regions. This count includes 14 stationary camps, 3 camps with 24-hour facility for children at educational institutions, 13 camping grounds, 322 day camps, 72 labor and leisure camps.
Remarkably, for underprivileged children, veterans, and participants of special needs events who require sanatorium-resort treatment, over 6,700 travel bookings have been bought for 2025. These trips will take these brave hearts to children's camps in Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, and Irkutsk regions!
Now for some exciting news—two modular, quick-build residential facilities have already been constructed in the children's camps "Ogonek" and "Berezka" in 2024, ensuring suitable lodging for children with health restrictions. The region intends to build another two such residential structures in the kids' camps "Zelenyi Mys" (village Yar) and "Lukomorye" (settlement Aникино) by 2027.
