TNEA Round 3 Seat Allotment Results for BTech Programmes Announced
The Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai has released the TNEA Round 3 seat allotment results for the BTech Programmes in 2025. The results can be checked on the official website, tneaonline.org.
To check the allotment, candidates need to follow these steps:
- Visit the official TNEA website: tneaonline.org.
- On the homepage, locate and click on the ‘Round 3 Seat Allotment Result’ link under the result tab.
- In the login window, enter your registered email ID and password.
- A login page will be opened on the screen.
- Your Round 3 seat allotment result will be displayed.
- Review the details carefully and download the allotment letter for future reference.
Candidates must complete seat confirmation by August 11, 2025, 5 PM to secure their allotted seat. If a candidate fails to confirm their allotment, it will stand as cancelled.
The tentative allotment has been released for all applicable third-round candidates. Seats have been allotted to candidates based on their ranks and the preference list of college and course they submitted.
The Round 3 provisional allotment for candidates choosing the upward option will be announced on 10th August, 2025. Candidates selecting the "accept and upward" option will receive their tentative allotment on 12th August, 2025. The provisional allotment (final confirmation) is typically published shortly after, by August 12, 2025.
Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat must confirm it by tomorrow, i.e. 11th August, 2025 before 5 PM. Candidates choosing the "accept and join" option will receive their provisional allotment immediately.
All candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates. Candidates are requested to log in and confirm their allotment on or before 11-08-2025, 5 PM. After submission, the seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen.
Candidates must report to the TNEA Facilitation Centres (TFC) between 12th August to 17th August, 2024. It is important to note that if a candidate fails to report to the TFC within the given time, their allotment may be cancelled.
