💔 Unfilled Training VacanciesCompanies in Baden-Württemberg are still grappling with too few applicants for open positions. While the number of new training contracts for the 2024/25 training year increased slightly, reaching around 70,000, nearly 12,000 positions remained unfilled last year. 😣
