United Kingdom calls for applicants for Chevening scholarship program
The United Kingdom is inviting applications for the Chevening Scholarships 2025 from August 5 to October 7, 2025. This prestigious programme offers fully-funded master's degrees at UK universities to individuals ready to lead positive change.

The scholarships are intended for Bangladeshi citizens who hold an undergraduate degree that meets the entry requirements for a UK master’s program, have a minimum of two years (2,800 hours) of work experience, and meet an English language requirement. Candidates must apply to three different eligible UK university master’s courses and obtain at least one unconditional offer by the application deadline.
Successful applicants must commit to returning to Bangladesh for at least two years after completing their UK master’s degree. The scholarships are fully funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and partner organizations.
Over the past 40 years, the Chevening programme has attracted a significant number of applications globally and has been instrumental in fostering leadership and innovation. Since 1983, over 372 Bangladeshi individuals have been awarded Chevening scholarships, demonstrating the UK's commitment to developing future leaders.
