University of Anurag Enters Partnership with MSN Laboratories

Anurag University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MSN Laboratories Limited, a leading Indian pharmaceutical company. This strategic partnership reflects Anurag University's mission to foster long-term industry-academia synergies, equipping students and trainees with practical skills, hands-on experience, and the confidence to excel in pharma careers.

The Department of Chemistry at Anurag University will play a key role in the MSN Labs Bridge Course. The course, scheduled for 2025-26, is designed to provide trainees with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on learning. Dr. Savita Belwal, Head of the Department of Chemistry and Programme Coordinator, presented an overview of the course.

In addition to the MSN Labs Bridge Course, Anurag University is also launching the Self-Directed Teams (SDT) Bridge Course, an initiative co-designed with MSN Labs. The SDT Bridge Course aims to enhance the knowledge, skills, and employability of new employees at MSN Labs.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Savita Belwal emphasized the importance of industry-academia collaboration in addressing real-world challenges in the pharmaceutical sector. She highlighted how such collaborations can bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications.

Mr. K. L. N. Murthy, Head HR (API), MSN Laboratories, also spoke at the event. He highlighted the importance of partnerships with academic institutions like Anurag University in building the future of pharma talent in India. He expressed his enthusiasm about the potential benefits this partnership would bring to both parties.

It is worth noting that this MoU marks Anurag University's second major collaboration in the pharmaceutical sector. The university is committed to fostering such collaborations to provide students and trainees with the best possible opportunities for growth and success.
