WordPress Plugin Biz Hiring: Mid-Level Marketing Specialist
Our WordPress plugin business is expanding and we're now hiring for a Mid-Level Marketing Specialist. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from improving user journeys to planning email campaigns and managing community groups.
The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and enhancing user journeys using tools like Hotjar. They will also plan and improve email campaigns, segmentation, and automation strategies. Additionally, they will collaborate on product launches, updates, and marketing funnels.
The role requires previous experience working in a WordPress plugin company. Our team, with a strong background in WordPress and WooCommerce solutions, will support the new specialist in leading digital marketing strategies. They will also support content generation using AI-assisted workflows and suggest improvements for internal automation flows with n8n.
Reviewing Google Analytics data and improving tracking via structured UTM usage is another key responsibility. Managing Discord and Facebook groups for our community will also be part of the job.
