Yakutsk Principal Facing Administrative Case Over Student's Rights Violation

A principal in Yakutsk has been accused of violating a student's rights, leading to an administrative case. The incident involved a teacher allowing a student to be educated in a hallway, contravening the student's rights as outlined in the bill of rights. The Yakutsk Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into a conflict at School No. 33 in Yakutsk. On 05.02.2024, a teacher permitted a 6th-grade student to be educated in the school's hallway, violating the student's rights and freedoms. This incident sparked an administrative case under Part 2 of Article 5.57 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which addresses violations against the rights and freedoms of students. The principal's name has not been made public. The Yakutsk Prosecutor's Office has sent a report to the head of the education department, initiating an administrative case against the principal. The case focuses on the violation of a student's rights, with the principal accused under the relevant article of the Administrative Offenses Code.
