You are PROFESSIONAL: Wiesbaden's Career Orientation Week a Success
You are PROFESSIONAL, an action week in Wiesbaden, has concluded successfully. The event, held from 25 September to 1 October, saw 21 companies and institutions open their doors to young thugs, offering insights into various professions. Out of 2025 applicants, 77 received positive responses, marking a significant step in their career orientation.
The project, considered a success story, benefits both young people and businesses. Students submitted one-minute application videos and short profiles, while companies gained the opportunity to meet motivated young talent. This year's event covered a wide range of professions, from technical and craftsmanship to commercial, social, and cultural fields.
The action week aimed to give young people orientation, build self-confidence, and develop concrete perspectives for their future path. The closing event was held at the Wartburg, celebrating the participants' achievements and marking the end of another successful You are PROFESSIONAL week.
The project has strengthened both young people and businesses in Wiesbaden. It has provided young people with valuable insights into the world of work and helped companies secure young talent. As the project continues to grow, it is expected to play an even more significant role in shaping the city's future workforce.
